This lasagne is going to fast become one of your favorites because it’s simple and incredibly tasty. Did I mention cheese? Cheese makes everything taste better. Plus the addition of mozzarella gives it that pizza-ish stretchy cheesiness. This lasagne not only tastes good, it’s very nutritious to boot. It’s packed with spinach and cauliflower, and served with a salad it’s a perfect comfort meal. The lasagne takes just over an hour, but almost half of that time it’s in the oven, so you have plenty of time to get your salad made!

OK, I nearly had a fit just writing that heading. Bacon + Cream Cheese. Come on! This recipe is just ridiculous. Take a look at that picture! Who doesn’t want to inhale that right now? The bacon keeps the chicken super tender and the cream cheese stuffing – divine! No need to say any more…

This incredibly delicious dish can be eaten as a main or as a side, but once you start I can guarantee that you won’t want to stop eating it! The ingredients will be found in pretty much any pantry where people living there are following the Keto diet. So it’s not one of those dishes where you have to buy ingredients before you even get started. And that’s what we need for a weeknight meal – something we can make from what we have at home already.

So this is everything you love about eating a cheeseburger, but in a casserole! It’s full of cheese and beef and bacon goodness. I mean, just taking it out of the oven with that gorgeous golden cheese top is enough for me to be asking for seconds before I start. All up this beauty takes under half an hour from start to dishing it up.

This crunchy coating just raises these chicken drumsticks to another level. I mean, waaay beyond a plain old drumstick. Because they’re coated in, wait for it, pork rinds and shredded coconut. Pork rinds! I can’t even tell you how delicious they are, you just have to make them and experience the deliciousness yourself.

This casserole is just jam packed full of flavor. There’s ground beef, cream cheese, bell peppers, Provolone cheese (hello!), garlic, hot sauce and some Worcestershire sauce. You’d be hard pressed to pack more flavor into this dish of awsomeness! And with only 4 net carbs per serve, you’re on a winner.

OK, I’d just like to point something out. See those yellow wraps in the picture? They’re made of cheese! So you’re not even adding cheese to your taco – you’re serving the taco IN cheese! I’m sorry, but I just can’t get over this one. I’ll stop yelling now.
The recipe says that these take 4 minutes, but the taco seasoned beef in these is prepared ahead of time. Either way, it only takes a few minutes, maybe 10, to whip up the taco beef, then you’re set.
So there you have it. A week’s worth of Keto dinners (and lunches if you made double) that are nutritious and incredibly tasty. Enjoy!
