These are so simple and can be done on a park bench when you go for a walk, a chair at home or even the side of your bed before you hop up in the morning. Tricep Dips especially work the backs of the arms, and will give you those toned upper arms we all crave.

2. Tricep Kick Backs

Tricep Kick Backs – the name sounds a bit complicated right? Wrong. they’re super easy! Start with low weights and high repetitions. You can even use a can from your pantry or a bottle of water if you don’t have any weights at home.

3. Triangle Push Ups

These push ups are a teeny variation on a normal push up. Your hands are closer together and your thumbs and index fingers form a triangle. Until you can do a full push up, start on your knees and build up strength from there.

You can easily do these anywhere that you have a space the same size as you are when lying down. Next to your bed, in front of the couch, you get it.
